Applications

  • The electronic dice is an ideal project for those who are new to electronics and want a project that has a practical purpose. An electronic dice is a good alternative to standard dice which are easy to lose and easy to cheat. The electronic dice kit is a perfect project for electronic hobbyists, clubs, and schools that have a limited amount of time for construction. This kit can be built in under an hour, and only requires a PP3 battery to operate.
  • This kit is only suitable for games that require 6-sided dice, and cannot be used with advanced games such as War Hammer, Dungeons and Dragons, and WW2 – Who Dares Wins.
  • Education and training – Useful for teaching pseudo-random sequencing, 555 timing and counter logic, while providing practical experience with through-hole soldering, component identification and PCB assembly.
